Warranty, Repair and Replacement

  • Warranty Returns: Please be aware that any returns outside of the initial 15-day guarantee window, but before the 1- year product warranty window, require customers to pay the freight costs, as well as any duties and taxes, to send the product(s) back to our warehouse.
  • Attention Customers:  Due to the Covid 19 situation, all warranty claims must be verified and receive authorization prior to returning your product.  Verification needed:  photo of original receipt showing purchase date of your desk, photo or short (less than 30 second video) clearly showing the issue you are experiencing. We will then review and send you an RMA number and address for shipping your product back to our warehouse. Warranty returns or repairs received without an RMA will not be returned or replaced.
  • Warranty Repairs: Any failure from normal usage will be repaired free of charge and THE EDGE DESK will return the product to you directly at our cost. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, repairs and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Customers outside continental US are responsible for all duties and taxes in addition to all shipping charges (inbound and outbound) 
  • Warranty claims must provide proof of original purchase to obtain an EDGE DESK Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please email [email protected] and provide proof of purchase to obtain an RMA for your claim. Product returned without an RMA will be refused at the sender’s expense.

  • Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are only able to accept returns of unopened, factory sealed cartons into our warehouses. Customers are responsible for arranging shipment and all return shipping fees to our warehouse, plus a 10% restocking fee. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”), which must be requested within the 15 day return window from when you received your desk, and the return must be received within 15 days of RMA issue. Any returns received without an RMA, outside the return window, or in unsealed or non-factory resealed cartons will not be refunded or shipped back to you. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 7-10 business days from receipt of unopened goods.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your EDGE DESK portable work station, or accessory, you may return it within fifteen (15) days, in the original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping charges, duties or taxes on the original order), less a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to The Edge Desk (at customer’s expense). All returns must provide proof of original purchase to obtain an EDGE DESK Return Material Authorization (RMA), as well as be in like-new condition and in the original packaging. 

Please email: [email protected] to obtain your RMA prior to returning goods. Goods received without a RMA will not be refunded. No refunds are available after the initial 15 day risk free period. Once the product is received in like new condition, we will credit your original method of payment on file within 3-7 business days. Customized or upgraded portable workstations and accessories are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on any type of custom orders. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • No refunds are available after the initial 15 day risk free period. This warranty and return policy superceeds any prior written or published policy. May 5, 2019.

  • The Edge Desk is 20″ x 30″. 
  • The Edge Desk weighs 28.8lbs.
  • The recommended maximum seat load is 250lbs.
  • The recommended maximum desktop load is 15lbs.

Shipping

  • Yes, we ship worldwide! Some countries may be subject to additional international shipping charges! Please email us at [email protected] for specific prices and questions. All orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped! If not, please email us at [email protected] with your order # and information.
  • At times, the courier takes time to update their Shipping Portal but rest assured that if you have received a tracking #, the item has shipped out. Normally, courier will update the shipping portal at that time it arrives to its next destination.
  • You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the delivery service. However, sometimes backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible.
  • If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post it will be returned back to us within 7 – 10 business days. If we can solve the problem, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost and you will receive another shipping email notification with tracking info. If we can’t figure out why it was returned to us, we may reach out to you for address confirmation or a new address before we ship it again.
  • The Edge Desk prides itself on being loved around the world. We will work out shipping arrangements to any country. However, customers are 100% responsible for all international shipping charges, custom fees and importing fees. If an order is rejected by a customer once arriving in the country, the customer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges.

Payment Information

  • All of your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can’t be stolen when it’s sent across the internet. It’s the same type of encryption used by banks. We work with one of the leading global payment providers – PayPal. PayPal is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.

  • Your card is charged immediately after you make your purchase. For security reasons and the length of time it takes to produce each item, we cannot hold pending charges in our system and charge you when the item ships. See our Refund Policy to learn more about when we issue refunds.

  • You can enter your discount code in the “Discount Code” section located on the purchase page.
